Allan Brown Big Band is a 20 piece line-up that selects some of Queensland's finest musicians to produce a live music machine that re-creates the sounds of Swing, Soul, Jazz, Funk, Pop and Latin genres.

The Allan Brown Big Band pas performance highlights include performances with Harry Connick Jnr, Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones and Frank Sinatra, closing of World Expo '88, the opening of the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove, and the State of Origin.

The Band's repertoire is versatile enough to cater for a 5 hour function right through to themed, fully produced entertainment events which include dancers and strings. The big band also boasts its own in-house music arrangers who are adaptable to specialised event requests. Audience appeal from both young and old is a major draw card for the band, as its versatility caters for even the most discerning music enthusiasts.
